Heather joins us with over 20 years of successful sales and sales leadership working for both Fortune 500 companies and in entrepreneurial roles. Heather is a dynamic, motivational leader and coach with a proven track record of success and revenue growth.
As Heather began her career at Automatic Data Processing (ADP), she honed her sales skills and moved into leadership roles with a history of consistently performing in the top 10 percent of the organization year after year. Through effective hiring, training, coaching and mentoring, she built a strong career influencing other’s success, turning underperforming teams and regions around and delivering top tier results. After capping off 11 years at ADP in an executive role, she moved into an entrepreneurial role as Vice President, Sales at Ivus Technical Services. This provided an opportunity to build a sales force and program from inception leveraging the leadership, coaching and sales processing skills acquired over her career.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Business Minor from Villanova University.
