Chris Hagan brings nearly 36 years of sales, management, strategy and people development experience to BDU. She spent her career in the consumer products industry at PepsiCo representing some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Gatorade, Tropicana and Quaker Oats. Chris also brings a wealth of knowledge on how to sell smaller niche brands in a competitive environment, having worked with Naked Juice, KeVita and Izze Soda.
At PepsiCo, she led an east coast team of seven Account Executives with $150MM in annual sales. Her team gained market share and achieved profitable dollar growth three years in a row. When PepsiCo purchased KeVita, a small company out of California, she assisted in building, recruiting, training and managing new sales representatives. The team successfully executed KeVita’s national strategy across all classes of trade, including natural, military and grocery, and doubled the business in the first year. Chris also was a strategy manager for three years, acting as the liaison between corporate brand marketing and field sales.
Chris was inducted into PepsiCo’s Ring of Honor, received an industry award as one of the “Top Women in Grocery” and was a five-time PepsiCo all-star winner.
Throughout her various roles at PepsiCo, including those in management and strategy, Chris found her happy place was always in front of the customer and recognized the importance of connecting with the client at all levels.
Five years ago, Chris moved to Center City Philadelphia. Her three children are settled in the area, too, and are enjoying the city as well.
