Ed White has held both local and global assignments that leveraged various resources and teams to best support customer goals and objectives. He attributes his success to following a disciplined engagement process, as well as his ability to connect with both C-level executives and the teams responsible for executing their visions. His career has spanned multiple industries, including software services, CRM applications and data networking.

As a Sales Operations Leader for a medical device manufacturer, Ed led the effort to document the sales process to support standardizing customer interaction and managing the customer engagement process. He believes that a consistent engagement process leads to strong customer relationships.

He has been a proponent of CRM applications with experience with Salesforce.com, Act, Goldmine and Siebel as both a user and participant in the development of the end sales rep application.

Ed is married, with two grown sons and two grandchildren.
