I work with lawyers, law firms and others in the professional services arena to build the practice they envision by acquiring clients that match their goals, establishing thought leadership and mastering the skills necessary to ensure client retention and loyalty. I am passionate about helping them succeed!
I have been a professional services marketer for nearly two decades – the last 10 working principally with lawyers and law firms. I have held senior-level marketing and business development roles in-house at a global AmLaw 50 firm, mid-Atlantic regional firm, and an insurance defense firm. Currently, as founder of BSK Strategies, a law firm business development consulting practice, I work with firms of many types and styles, each with its unique culture and business challenges. I know how important it is that individual success aligns with a firm’s culture, strategic goals and management style.
My personal philosophy is that each client is unique and every skills building program should be designed specifically to leverage individual strengths, expand comfort zones and make business development an integral part of daily work life.
