Sharon joins BDU with over 35 years of sales and sales management experience. Sharon began her career as a sales associate at ADP and was one of the top performers in the country for many years. She was then promoted to Regional Sales Manager and was one of the top 10 managers in the country for 5 straight years. From there, she was promoted to Director of Sales in Maryland and was responsible for managing and leading a 40 sales person region. After leaving ADP Sharon spent 16 years at Paychex, ultimately mentoring, coaching and training sales associates how to leverage relationships with CPAs, Banks and Clients to grow the business, finishing her career there as the #3 Sales Manager in the country.
Sharon is passionate about teaching others learn the methodology, strategies and techniques that helped her to become a sales and sales management icon and superstar.
Outside of her BDU work, Sharon is also the President of the American Diabetics Association for Southern NJ for 4 years. Sharon is also head of the finance committee for Montebello Homeowners Association and is also a member of NAWBO.
Sharon has a husband Bernie, son Eric, daughter Jennifer and 4 beautiful grandchildren.
