Sales Coach and Consultant
Jeanne Behr brings nearly 30 years of sales and mentoring experience to BDU. She spent the majority of her career selling radio advertising; as a Senior Account Manager, she was a top sales performer for B101 radio station for 29 years, working with major advertising agencies and clients in the Philadelphia market. A large portion of her time each week was dedicated to developing new business and creating integrated marketing programs utilizing radio advertising, digital marketing, events, sponsorships, cross-promotional opportunities, social media and more. Her sales efforts were a major contribution to the team that propelled B101 to be the top billing station in the market.
Jeanne is passionate about the sales process and is skilled in strategic planning, prospecting for new business, managing objections, negotiating and relationship building. While working in radio sales, one of her favorite roles was that of mentor to new sales reps, as well as to experienced sales reps who were new to the radio ad space. She worked with each rep one on one, helping them to hone their skills and understand how to prospect, build new business, create relationships with existing clients and develop a game plan for annual business growth. She also acted as a liaison between senior management and the sales staff.
Jeanne joined the BDU team because of her belief in the programs that BDU has to offer, as well as her love for sales and for helping sales people of all skill levels become their best. She believes that relationships are everything and works side by side with her clients to develop a customized approach to address how best to maximize their strengths and turn their weaknesses into strengths. When she works with each client, she is fully invested and becomes a part of their team.
Jeanne lives in the Blue Bell area with her husband, daughter and two sons. She enjoys working out, reading, traveling, spending time with her family and friends and living life to the fullest!
